Since 1948 Pilz has produced an impressive range of safety automation solutions, which take into account both the safety and security requirements for machinery.
Their success story initially started with glass laboratory equipment. Next, Pilz turned their attention to electronic timer relays, followed by switching devices and programmable control systems. Today, the globally-active family business is known for its comprehensive safety technology solutions. Some of the most important technological milestones within this industrial sector can be traced back to Pilz, including the first emergency stop device PNOZ. Even today the manufacturer is still adapting tirelessly to new market requirements, and is impressing people, including with its high-performance Industry 4.0 solutions.
This makes Pilz the ideal partner where safety of people, machinery and the environment are concerned.
With its solutions, Pilz is making a global contribution to the safety of people and machinery. And it is doing so in different areas of machinery and plant engineering, for example:
In the Automation24 online shop you can purchase the proven products from Pilz in the safety technology area.
This gives you the choice of the most globally respected and most frequently used safety relays PNOZ. These well-proven safety relay modules can be used for example for reliable monitoring of your mechanical safety switches, safety light curtains, two-hand control panels and emergency STOP/OFF pushbuttons.
For the safe control and monitoring of up to two motor or safety brakes, you can purchase the braking control module Pilz 751500 - PNOZ s50 C.
To flexibly safeguard complete system sections the safety small controllers PNOZmulti 2 is available. Thanks to the free PNOZmulti configurator software this can be programmed easily using a graphical drag-and-drop programming interface. In addition to the basic devices we also have a large selection of matching input, output and communication modules.
Furthermore electromagnetic process interlocks from the PSENslock series are available, to keep separating guards closed during processes, preventing the risk of injury to users. These product solutions can be used where your machines have no or only short run-on times. For longer run-on times, in contrast you should use safety guard locks from the PSENmlock series. These work mechnically and therefore keep safety doors closed even in the event of a loss of voltage.
Contactless safety switches from the PSENcode and PSENmag series are also available from Pilz, which are used for safety door position monitoring for separating guards. These are only subject to minor mechanical wear and are therefore especially durable.
You can rely on the proven automation and safety technology from Pilz. Select your product and make a significant contribution to protecting machines and people. If you have questions, please contact one of our trained engineers, who will be on hand to give you expert advice.
